Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Black Stone Minerals, L.P. (“Black Stone Minerals” or the “Partnership”) will host an investor presentation immediately following the conclusion of its annual meeting of limited partners, which will be held on June 8, 2017, at 2:00 p.m., local time, at the Hilton Americas-Houston, 1600 Lamar Street, Houston, Texas, 77010. As part of the presentation, Thomas L. Carter, Jr., Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer, will give an update on Black Stone Minerals, including management’s view on long-term production and distribution growth potential and the possible impact on the conversion of the subordinated units.
